Make all Police Officers operating in the country wear constantly recording cameras that upload to a public site.

Citizens should not fear their police. Yet more and more mentally ill are beaten senseless, even to death. Innocent citizens are shot, arrested unfairly, even sent to prison for lies. There is no reason Police should operate in this capacity with such a lack of authority or oversight. The time to trust them, and their own checks and balances is long gone.
Filming all police activity directly from either their chest, or their head, will at least record any acts they do commit that violate any citizens civil rights. With all the money spent on law enforcement, this seems to be a small compromise, that can offer some comfort to citizens who have to walk their streets afraid of becoming the target of a corrupt and violent officer.
The videos should be publicly available.
