Since politicians tell the average citizen that guns are the cause of violence and that they can not be used for the purposes of protection. I humbly state that these same politicians should have to work and spend their public time in gun free zones. This would mean they can no longer have any law enforcement, military, or private security protecting them with any type of firearms at public speeches, state dinners, or any of their other daily duties.
This would also allow the use of these security forces to be reallocated to protect the private citizens from daily crimes. This along with our constitutional right to keep and bare arms would make us much safer.
