In an effort to reform the electoral process in a more democratic and just manner. We ask that the Executive and Legislative Branches of Government institute limits on spending by political campaigns.
These limits will not impede the amount of money an individual, corporation, or organization can donate to a campaign for an individual candidate or issue. It will instead limit how much said campaigns can spend in various areas such as media, promotional materials, fundraising, or consultation.
These limits should be scaled according to position and impact equally across the country; and apply exclusively to elections to Federal positions.
These limits should include a separate limit for spending by organizations other than the campaign on behalf of the campaign.
