Murderers and Sex offenders always re offend , sometimes just not caught .It is time to give women and children a voice and STOP letting them out .The first time they are caught they need to either die in prison or be executed . The Level 1,2,3, stuff means nothing . Children are killed and raped every day , they keep letting them out to do it again . Please , for the ones who are out make it more known , signs in yards , special License plates , tracking devices that can not be removed . but for God sakes stop letting them out . They can not be rehabilitated , they always re offend , just more careful so as to not get caught or kill there victim .Save our children and protect your women . The real solution is Death Penalty for pedophiles , rapists and murderers ,they are sickos forever!!
