All businesses should have to hire people at the age of sixteen because college is getting more and more expensive as the years go on and kids need to start saving up as soon as possible. Also, it is very inconvenient for teenagers that want to be in the fashion business that clothing stores don't hire you until you are at least 18, because how can you expect to get a job in the fashion industry when you get out of college if you haven't even had any retail experience. Teenagers also need to be taught responsibility and how to act in a work place before they go out and get a real job that becomes a career.
