make all states allow people to return bottles and promote recycling.

I believe all states should be forced to have bottle returns for their people to use because it gives people a small amount of money although you have to pay a little more for some products such as a 12 pack of soda, you do get your money back. This would promote recycling in other states for people who drink a lot of soda who want to get some of their money back when buying something to drink. I also believe that instead of only being able to return carbonated beverages we should also be able to return water bottles as well as other things such as tea and Gatorade.
