Make all states in America have the death penalty again. People who take the lives of others deserve much more punishment than some states give. The person committing the murderous crime should have their life taken away as well as a result of their action(s). Not all states have the death penalty, and murderers in those states possibly get 25-life. All states should reinforce the death penalty so that those criminals get what they have done to somebody else.
