All-Terrain-Vehcule riders and enthusiast have always dreamed of being street legal. Making it easier to get to trails, and you don't always have to take that big fuel guzzling truck to go out and get something or get somewhere. Allowing ATV's to be riddin on the road would increase jobs as the demand for ATVs would increase. Foreign countries already allow ATVs on roads. This is one step the U.S has failed to make.
