Make the programming source code available for inspection by any and all registered voters prior to the count being completed and certified by election officials. If there is any violation of voting law all, machines in the affected precinct are declared null and void. Then to have a supplement vote via paper ballot to be hand counted in public view for all to see as the ballots are being counted.
