MAKE AMBULANCE RIDES FREE

Created by T.M. on April 16, 2016

It's unfortunately that someone who needs a "ride" to the hospital will be charged $2,100 for a few miles. (while a plane ticket to Europe cost less). And that's even if they do nothing during the ride.

Does the Fire Department charge home owners a fee if they have to stop their home from burning down? I think not.

Does the Police Department charge home owners fees to patrol their neighborhood and stop burglars?

If I was to get into a crash or call 911 for help, I would have to ask someone to drive me to the hospital because I know I'll be charged an arm and a leg just to ride in that box. I would rather suffer than pay a price that's unfair.

Where is the common sense? Make riding in an ambulance free.
