To make American Samoa officially and Organized Unincorporated Territory and their Citizen U.S citizen like the other 4

American Samoa already governs then self just as the other four territories and yet are not considered organized and their citizens are American National but not citizens and the only territory that is like so, but they are in our military and consider them self Americans as anyone in the States or Organized Territories but they have to go though the immigration processes to move to the mainland Unites States, the states of Hawaii and Alaska, or The Organized Territorials how is that even acceptable to treat others that are part of the same Country as us. They don't have to federally vote so why deprive them of the one liberty that all other territories of the United States of America have that being a citizen of our great nation that they are legally born in but not concerned a citizen.
