To make and support policies to encourage mentoring programs for school and college students.

People need someone to help interpret life. I believe that
if people could be excused from work for a specified time to spend at a school or college mentoring students. We could curb if not rid of most of the difficult social problems we face today. From drug use to poverty to violence we as a community have the desire to perform this obligation but as of today we do not have the support nor the legal means to do so.
