Make Animal Abuse a Federal Offense comparable to Human abuse.

We hereby request that any and all animal abuse be treated just the same as human abuse. Humans are the ones that commit the crimes against animals and those crimes usually lead to crimes again other humans. Humans dispicable creatures. They prey on the most vulnerable of species without any remorse. We need to make any and every type of animal abuse a Federal Crime with the same punishment as humans get. God did not put these defenseless animals on this earth to be treated the way humans do. Be it dogs, cats, horses, piglets, birds, etc. they are all Gods creatures and deserve to be treated as such. We are ashamed to say we belong to this human race, a race that seems to have not boundaries when it comes to animals.
