We the people would like the Obama administration to make animal cruelty a federal crime with a sentence of life in prison. If a human senselessly killed or tortured a human they would probably go to jail for life, so why don't people who do these things to animals go to jail for life? Why do they only go to jail for 3 years or LESS? As I said before if a human did this they might go to jail for life. I hope the Obama administration takes this into consideration.
