Who can forget the 9/11 attacks? They were absolutely devastating. For younger people, it may not mean so much but to most, it had a big impact. Maybe if the anniversary was made a national holiday, everyone could spend less time just knowing it's the anniversary, and they could go to to actually observing this event. This can give American citizens time to watch the memorial that morning of September 11, and maybe look even deeper into it, and hear stories of tragic and heartbreaking times. This will not only give deeper insight to everyone, but it will help children understand it more, rather than just listening to their teacher talk about it for only about 45 minutes or less. Sign this petition so everyone across the country can learn about this disastrous moment in American history.
