As a child I grew up being bullied. Kids would follow me home in groups but the school would not do anything because it was off campus. They would bother me at my,apartments but nothing would happen to them. Neighbors kids have bullied my kids in apartments we lived and they didn't even know them. They would have to fight to be able to play outide or just to walk home from the bus stop. There are anti-bullying laws in school. Lets get the laws extended to our homes and neighborhoods. The laws need to include any bully known or unknown,by the victims. These laws should include that charges be filed against these bullies and that these offenses be put on their permanent record. If not, when will children be free of bullies without having to fight or without committing suicide.
