All rape is the same there is no difference and all people who commit the sick crime should be charged as adults to the fullest extent of the law. Juveniles know from a young age right from wrong and should be held accountable for any actions. This petition is to raise awareness for rape, and further punishment for accused rapists at any age. Together we can make tomorrow a more secure place.
