Any discrimination against a Gay or Lesbian individual should be deemed illegal and a crime of hate. Organizations, employers, religious groups and more should not be able to profile or discriminate on any human for sexual preference orientation. This should a punishable crime and for all man and woman to be treated equally, then there should be a law to make this so.
