Please make animal abuse, big or small, a felony, with a mandatory prison sentence.
Please make them register as an offender, and never allow them to be around animals again.
We must stop ALL mistreatment of animals. Just like small children, they're defenseless, and can not protect themselves. So many animals across America suffer everyday, at the hands of the ones who are suppose to care and look after
