Make any new U.S Citizen under the age of 40 to do military duty and to be deployed at least once.

Due to the French bombings, 9/11, increase drug trafficking and other threats any new U.S citizen, or any foreigner with residency privileges must do military duty (even if it means just being a medic or a truck driver) and must be deployed at least once in their lifetime. Those who wish to live and achieve the american dream must also protect it. It comes at the cost of going to or near your homeland and fix the factors that made you leave. For muslims this could mean fighting ISIS and terrorists. For asians this could mean using manpower oversees such as the koran borderline and protecting interest in the pacific ocean. For the Hispanic/latinos this could mean stopping drug trafficking. The foreigners will be good translators and make a positive impact in their communities.
