Any sort of gun or weapon ban goes against the constitution of The United States. Making an assault weapons ban will only hurt law abiding citizens. The criminals of this country are already obtaining their weapons illegally so they will not follow the law. Taking weapons away from law abiding citizens will only hurt them. Crime rates WILL increase if ANY weapon ban is put into place.
