Animals are overlooked when it comes to being abused and neglected. Animals should be treated with respect and care. People who act in animal cruelty are let off the hook too easily. Animals are the most forgiving creatures on Earth. They deserve to be safe and in a good/healthy environment to live in. No living creature should live life in fear. Making animal cruelty a felony in all 50 states will hopefully decrease the amount of incidents in our country. Be the voice for the creatures who can't speak for themselves. Let's get this to President Obama so action can be taken!
