This petition is to allow ANY Totally and permanantly 100% service-connected "Disabled Veteran" Social Security Disability Benefits without trial.
Many times Veterans are being turned down the monies they have earned in the private sector, and serving on active duty by being denied SSD benefits when in fact they are considered 100% totally and permenantly disabled through the VA.
I am a Veteran with a 100% service-connected disability rating who has been many times to court and been found able to work by the SSD judge. There shoulid have been no hearing in my opinion. Mr. President, please allow all of our many Disabled veterans who are premanantly and totally disabled their dignity by passing the Veterans Socialy Security Disability Entitlement Act.
