All human life is precious and priceless. And believing that, we as Americans should be responsible for any consequences of our actions whether intended or not. Believing in personal responsibility, and the sanctity of human life, all human beings being already granted the civil right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness should automatically receive these protections. But in order to preserve order, the basic function to human life must exist and be protected, THE RIGHT TO LIVE! A federal law making anyone accountable and responsible for the taking of a human life, something you can't replace, is called for. Period!
