An employee from Apple's Genius Bar made my useful Mac air locked, and asked me to pay 350 pounds to replace a part, or all I can do is taking away the useless computer. I felt very angry and threw this computer on the floor and wen away. Few weeks later, apple called me to have a talk. They told me I did not have to pay 350 pounds for the former part, but I should pay another 350 pounds for the display.
1, before I went there, my computer could work,eventually ,it was out of order;
2,as they are not professional,and made this useless;
3, They asked me to pay for their error
4, If I did not pay, I must take away it,therefore, I threw it on the floor
