April 20 marks the anniversary of the 1999 Columbine High School Shootings. Since that event, with more victims of gun violence at other places, including Virginia Tech, Sandy Hook, Aurora, and (recently) UCLA Engineering, the issue has become debated all across America to protect both the Second Amendment of the Constitution, as well as the citizens of America. This day would be used not only to remember the Columbine victims, but all victims of gun and weapon violence across America and the world. This day would also be used in an effort to educate our communities about the consequences of the Second Amendment, as well as advocate education in schools on gun violence and how it can be curbed while protecting the Second Amendment.
