We the people have the right to smoke marijuana whenever we want. 4/20 should be a notional holiday because it is a day that most people just wanna chill. Marijuana has less effects then alcohol AND ciggaretes combined. Also there have been no deaths ever recorded in the history of the world from marijuana, I REPEAT NONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
