Make arrest records private until conviction and quit allowing agencies to profit from mugshot publication

News agencies often publish arrest records and mugshots before suspects go to trial. In many instances people are acquitted and still have to live with ramifications of the bad publicity. This petition mandates that mugshots should only be used for internal purposes within the US justice system and not be released to media or any other organization that profits from publicization until a guilty conviction has been confirmed. If news organizations feel the need to provide a picture with the publication of the arrest they should only be allowed use real world photos of the suspects.
