make the ATF follow the law and actually destroy back round checks in 24 hours

the law states the ATF shall destroy back ground checks in 24 hours yet they dont and keep them for "statistical proposes". the government keeping track of law abiding gun buyers concerns me. please instruct them to obey the law and destroy the back log of background checks per the law
