make August 4th a National Holiday in remembrance of the U.S.A's first black president: President Barack Obama

I believe that we should recognize the election of the U.S.A's first black president with a National Holiday. August 4th is President Obama's birthday. The election of a non-white president is a monumental moment in our history and it should not be forgotten and be a monument to how we would like to represent ourselves to future generations.
