Make available additional resources to help the wrongly convicted and citizens wrongfully forced into pleas.

Created by C.C. on May 09, 2013

Establish a law that enables a jury of peers to look at wrongful convictions and forced pleas. Enable them to be able to vote to remove these convictions. Our current system is only focused on convictions and money, and THE PEOPLE need a way to address these issues and remove the convictions. Currently it is near impossible to correct this or to get the proper people to review the cases. It is too easy to charge our peers with numerous crimes to have one or two not be dismissed. The laws are being written too vague and have unintended consequences. Its time to help our citizens instead of turning the United States into a police state.
