We the People are entitled to see a factual list detailing all changes the Executive Actions will enact. In particular, what is the relevant data to be shared among federal agencies in the process of a background check, what unnecessary legal boundaries will be removed in order for States to share information on background checks, the scope of the CDC's involvement with a list of what actions they may take, as well as a list of mental health disorders which may be considered grounds for denying a citizen a gun permit.
