the second ammendment was put in place to protect the people against tyranny. we the people need to protect ourselves against all attackers foreign and domestic. If certain weapons are banned for the average citizen we are defenseless. Local and State law enforcement should never be able to have any weapon the average citizen is not allowed to own. Which Shall include magazine capacity. if the capacity of our magazines are limited to a certain number all law enforcement shall follow the same laws.
