Gun control has been a serious issue since the shootings at Aurora and Sandy Hook. But that doesn't mean that the President can use that as a scape-goat to control the American people's right to own firearms. So that is why I'm asking you to sign this petition in favor of only deeming background checks on people who buy guns constitutional. Other laws, such as a ban on assault weapons, will be ruled unconstitutional.
We have a 2nd Amendment right to own and shoot firearms; to protect us against the tyranny of our government and to protect our families. Please take a moment and sign this and show President Obama, who now has 19 executive gun control orders ready to sign, that We The People have a voice, and that we will not tolerate violations of our 2nd Amendment rights.
