We, the People, recognize Bacon to represent all that is American. We believe that all that is good about the true American Spirit is embodied in each crispy-edged glistening smoked plank of delicious pork.
We will thereafter officially recognize and celebrate on a national level International Bacon Day, falling on the Saturday before Labor Day.
