not everyone who has a mental illness is a danger to themselves or to others, but at the same time there is a lot of things going on in society today that most mental illnesses are being over looked, a lot of mentally ill people are being jailed in places that they don't belong. mental illness is a huge problem if there's a way to instill the Baker Act that Florida has in all fifty sates that would help law enforcement officers, medical staff and what not help those with mental illness, and also keep the community safe as well.
