Mr President, everyone was told the banks were too big to fail. Whether or not this is or was true is now irrelevant. It is also irrelevant whether those banks have repaid their loans. What is done is done.
What does matter is that they are still "too big to fail". This is unacceptable.
This petition's purpose is to start the gears in motion to dismantle these "too big to fail" institutions back to a level where they CAN fail when a grave mistake is made.
We should not allow the people to be blackmailed again.
