Make Barack Obama the emperor of Europe and the U.S.A

I believe that Barack Obama deserves to become he emperor of Europe and the U.S.A because he will be able to bring a united era of peace if he had the powers of an emperor, additionally he could end wars with the combined power of Europe and the U.S.A. Another excellent reason that barack obama should become the emperor of Europe and the U.S.A is that he has extremely good diplomatic skills, so I'm sure that his rise to power will be accepted by almost everybody involved.
