Throughout the Obama presidential campaign, people who had subscribed to the president's email lists often had difficulty getting off the list. When we clicked the "unsubscribe" link, we followed prompts and received feedback saying we'd been unsubscribed, but the emails kept coming. Some of us resorted to blocking the emails or marking them as spam. This shouldn't have to happen. Please just make sure the "unsubscribe" function actually works.
