This was and is a heinous crime committed by Benjamin Taylor. Done with premeditation and no remorse for the precious life of this little girl, Emmaleigh Barringer. The punishment should fit the crime. Her life ended. So should his. Since West Virginia no longer has The Death Penalty, the only way he will even have the chance of facing Capital Punishment.
