We know there's still not enough money in the economy. We know too few have insurance or protection,especially for the disabled. No one can find a job. This needn't be permanent. Use the new technology, and encourage doing so.
Protect Civil Rights and Liberties; recruit and employ the disabled (we can work remotely and we want to work, so much); combine the arcs of both spectra to demonstrate attention to job creation, citizen aid, and Civil Liberties (so you can remain an attractive employment candidate if you become disabled, and so you can say/write/protest/praise(peacefully) what you mean and believe.
