Make Bi-Annual Driver's Tests Mandatory for the Elderly.

As a species we have come to live a lot longer than we used to due to advances in science and healthcare. 70% of the time preventable automobile accidents are caused by the elderly. Something as simple as an elderly person going 10 miles below the speed limit can cause traffic hold ups, and lead to others whipping in and out of traffic trying to get around them. More often than not, elderly on the road have problems with hand/eye/foot coordination and speed. Their reflexes are shot, or they can't see well enough to respond to dangerous situations. This petition simply requests that the elderly be tested at least every 2 years to make sure that they are not becoming a hazard to the safety of themselves and others on the road. Inconvenient, yes. Implement better transportation options? Yes
