Make a bidding law that mothers who are receiving child support provide receipts of purchases for their children.

This petition is designed for equality between a father of a child and a mother. In America the father is put under strick laws to pay for child support while the mother roams freely spending the fathers hard earned funds on vacations, cell phones, and a plethora of other materialistic things that are not purchased for the children. I am in a situation where I am paying 732$ a month fur my children but when I get them they don't even have clothes that fit them. This is unfair do to that that is one of the most basic needs for the children. My ex has a vacation planned for herself and her boyfriend while my children are forced to wear clothes to small. By requiring receipts by mothers, the funds will be used properly and if it is not then the funds should be reimbursed to the father.
