Make Big Business directly responsible for the cost of Welfare programs.

Created by M.B. on July 04, 2014

Instead of pushing for the raising of minimum wages to redistribute wealth in this country, make big businesses directly responsible for the cost of welfare programs.

While raising the minimum wage sounds like a good idea, the result is that businesses raise prices to offset their losses, which dilutes any net gain for workers. Making big business responsible for the cost of welfare programs puts a strong incentive on those with money to improve the lives of Americans on welfare.

Currently, our government is financing low wage workers for the profits of big businesses.

Simultaneously, welfare programs will have to be protected as long as they are needed, in such a way that they cannot be eliminated by those with money.
