This is minor compared to many others issues, but these Big Businesses need to fix their customer service. There are many companies that are switching to forums. Which are opened to the public, and that is an invasion of privacy. I have asked my questions in some forums, and have been told stuff as obsured as, to kill myself, all over a question. This has to stop, there has to be a way to get a hold of a company, that I have money and or time invested in or through their product. Please make businesses have a mandatory person to person help desk, for privacy issues as well as protecting my financial investment. Some it may be for pleasure, like online games, others it may be a living, but we all want it to stop. Thank you for your time.
