It is been widely accepted that Bill Clinton is among the best and most incredible US Presidents, far superior to any of the last few decades. He is of the likes of Teddy Roosevelt, and George Washington himself. Since Clinton left office, debt has skyrocketed, policies during the Bush administration were passed, and the divide between the peoples' interests and the government has greatly widened. When Abraham Lincoln was elected, it was based more on popularity than policy. Now, it's based on Super PAC's, with elected leaders putting self-serving policies in place, and the people have begun to notice (thus removing popularity as well). Let Bill set things straight with his popularity and policies. It can't hurt that he's a world-renowned saxophone player, and international lady-killer.
