Make a Bill which will only cover the renewal of Federal Emergency Unemployment Aid as this is an Emergency for millions

I became unemployed in mid July after working for one Company for 18 years.They were forced to downsize and I got the boot.Since then I have been honestly looking work and keeping Job Search Logs of my progress to no avail.I have not been able to find a Mon.-Fri. Workweek Job.
I live in Maine and do not own nor can I afford to own a vehicle.
We need to have this unemployment extension passed as we will run out in the freezing cold.It gets very cold in the Northern States.We are talking of millions of folk like me who are honest and in bad ways.My savings will be exhausted by December.
My story has been told many times recently.I am one of the now poor who had a good life but all good things must come to an end they say.I paid my taxes my whole life and what do I get for that ?
