Make a bill that would remove elected officials that can't separate church and state

Created by K.S. on June 26, 2015

Although the separation of church and state is a well known practice, some elected officials cannot properly fufill this requirement. This petition will call to have elected officials that can't separate church and state to be recalled. Separating church and state and having a religion while being an elected official is not the same thing, so elected officials that openly support a religion shall not be removed, only those specially that cannot keep the separation. This petition is brought upon due to Texas' Govenor disregarding the recent ruling on gay marriage. America is called a melting pot because here people are free to blend their religious beliefs and be free from religious leaders ruling the land, and we can't achieve this if our officials are making rules based on relgious belief
