It's time for those with the means to do so, to start helping those without. It isn't a handout if the people are working for their money. There are corporations out there that have contributed to our nation's unemployment rate while raking in billions in profits. That's not right. That's not fair and Mr. President, it's time to make them pay for their indescribable greed. Tax billion dollar corporations an extra 3/4% to help pay unemployment benefits and to retrain our nation's unemployed and underemployed!
