Make bills that are not stuffed full of unrelated items.

In an effort to prevent waste and pork barrel projects there is a clear need to focus bills being passed in to law to things that directly relate to each other. For example no more political payback fat stuffed into fiscal bills or defense spending. Each and every item being passed into law should stand alone and be voted on individually. It is understood that some things require the support of others ( example: bridges and roadways ) , but there is a lot of bill stuffing that would not survive close examination, namely special interest laws really intended to benefit those who paid for politicians election campaigns. Or elected officials should answer to the people who elected them not backroom deals.
